Terms of service
We’ve tried to write this the way we’d explain it in person — no legal jargon for its own sake. Last updated 2026-07-23.
What we sell
FullStead sells domain registrations and managed website hosting to small businesses. That’s it — no upsells into services we don’t actually run ourselves.
Domain ownership
You are the registrant of record for every domain purchased or transferred through FullStead. The domain is yours. You can move it to another registrar whenever you like — we’ll never refuse a transfer-out request or lock you in.
Renewals & price changes
Domain renewal prices are set by the domain registries, not by us, and can change year to year. We don’t lock in a fixed renewal price at purchase. Before we ever charge a saved payment method for a renewal, we’ll email you the current price and give you time to respond, following standard ICANN-style reminder timing (about a month before, about a week before, and after expiration if it lapses).
Refunds & cancellation
Domain orders can be refunded only before the domain is actually registered with the registry — once that step completes it can’t be undone, so refunds aren’t available after. Hosting plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancelling stops future billing and you can take your domain and a copy of your site with you.
Transfers in
If you bring an existing domain to FullStead, you’re confirming you have the right to transfer it (as the current registrant or an authorized representative). We’ll never initiate a transfer without your authorization.
